Hi, I’m rachel.
I am Rachel Townley, the founder of Caring Cleaners. Cleaning is something that I have always been passionate about. I have been doing weekly maintenance cleanings in the Chattanooga area for the past 3 years. After a recent apprenticeship with a seasoned housekeeper, I realized just how much I enjoy cleaning for others.
We’ve all heard that time is a thing money cannot buy, but I like to think I change that for people. The services I provide give my clients the ability to spend more time with their families, go after that old dream, or pursue a new hobby, without having to worry about the day to day maintenance of their homes. I take pride in the work that I do in people’s lives, knowing that I bring some peace of mind to those who feel they can never do enough.
My Approach
Caring Cleaners strives to provide the best service possible, no matter the time it takes. We will never come in, wipe a few things down, and leave after 30 minutes. Caring Cleaners gets its name from our passion for cleaning and our care for those that we work with. As a new start-up, we will not be the fastest service on the market, but we do everything we can to make your home cleaner than any other service will. If you are not satisfied with your service, we are always happy to come back and correct anything we may have missed.

Unlike other cleaning services, we do not have a large rule book that you have to follow in order to receive the services you need. We are always willing to work with your schedule and budget to help you in every way we can.
